Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must include all original tags and labels
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note on Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Opened or used animal health products from our Large Animal Health or Pet – Cat/Dog sections
  • Personalized or custom-made tack equipment
  • Live animals or perishable goods from our Poultry or Bee Keeping & Bird Supplies categories

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear AgriPet Supplies Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number]. Details: – Product Name: [Product Name] – Reason for Return/Exchange: [Brief Explanation] – Preferred Resolution: [Refund/Exchange for (specify product)] Please let me know the next steps. Best regards, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Information]

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • The return shipping address

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include:

  • The RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
  • All original packaging and accessories
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

International Returns: For customers outside the United States, please note:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Processing times may be longer for international returns
