Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Items must include all original tags and labels
- Proof of purchase is required
Note on Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Opened or used animal health products from our Large Animal Health or Pet – Cat/Dog sections
- Personalized or custom-made tack equipment
- Live animals or perishable goods from our Poultry or Bee Keeping & Bird Supplies categories
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- The return shipping address
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include:
- The RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
- All original packaging and accessories
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
International Returns: For customers outside the United States, please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Processing times may be longer for international returns
