  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers should note:

  • Customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing
  • We recommend choosing trackable shipping methods

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our animal care products just as you stand behind the care of your animals. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags/labels
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened/used animal health products (Large Animal Health or Pet – Cat/Dog sections)
  • Personalized or custom-made tack equipment
  • Live animals or perishable goods (Poultry or Bee Keeping & Bird Supplies)

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Our Team

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product name and reason for return
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Return shipping address

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Include in your package:

  • RMA number clearly marked
  • All original packaging and accessories
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement after receiving your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged/incorrect items:

  • Include photos of the damage/incorrect item and packaging
